Robert J. Birchler is the principal representative of the agency and the Team Leader. Rob maintains the philosophy of “getting into the trenches”, and has an active
role in day-to-day sales. Rob also manages the interests of the Team, its Partners, and drives top-end business administration and marketing practices to create a modern,
vibrant environment well suited to represent our Partners goals. Rob is an accomplished outdoorsman, and has spent his life in and around the woods and water. Rob continues
this agency with the same roots his family planted almost forty years ago in providing the finest representation available.

Randy Birchler brings a wide range of sales experience to the table and an intimate knowledge of the outdoors. His lifelong connection to this industry gives him a great
advantage to being successful in this business. Randy covers the state of New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Long Island and New York City.

Todd is considered by many to be a world class goose hunter and is sponsored on his own by some of the best manufacturers in the industry. Todd has spent his entire life living in the New England area. Since joining RJ Birchler & Associates Todd has steadily increased our New England sales and earned the Okuma Salesman of the Year award in 2006.

Mark McQuown has always been a very avid sportsman. He was born in Potter County, PA. Mark spent 27 years with Lowrance Electronics. Mark started off as a product tester and worked his way up to V.P. of Worldwide Sales. While with Lowrance and after 11 years as the Regional Sales manager in the Northeast, Mark was promoted to Director of International Sales and moved to Tulsa, OK. In May 2000, Mark was promoted to VP of Sales worldwide. This position required an immense amount of international travel and maintainance of customer relationships around the world. In December 2006 Mark and his wife moved to Hesston, PA, south of State College, PA. Mark recently joined RJ Birchler and Associates and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the group.

Pete Vigneri covers Maryland, Delaware, Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. An avid outdoorsman, Pete has spent his life
in and around the Eastern Shore and Chesapeake Bay.
